I had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott Hotel in Mexico City. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I enjoyed the stunning views of the Auditorio Nacional and Chapultepec Park. Although there was a slight issue with hot water during my stay, the really good service by the staff, especially Natividad, made up for it. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant Polanco neighborhood, but I did find some aspects like room service and a few minor issues with the elevators that could use improvement.
